In the workplace, Michael has the ability to take a spark and build it into a fire. He loves digging into a project and being able to deliver compelling and timely results. Michael loves to geek out about the creative process; collaborating with coworkers and shaping rough ideas into dynamic, finished campaigns is his passion. Outside of work, Michael is a graduate of the Second City Conservatory Annoyance Theater and iO improv programs. He performs improv and stand up comedy whenever he has the time.

Since graduating from the University of Missouri, Michael has continued his development as a person and professional; attending marketing seminars, keeping up to date with industry trends, and following his passion for marketing and advertising. Graduating with a degree in English, breaking into the industry was a challenge, but Michael worked hard and developed the skills needed to be the dynamic and savvy professional he is today. Michael believes that every challenge is an exciting opportunity to take on and a moment to learn!
